We strongly believe that a good reader and thinker plays a major part in the development of society. To enhance the reading habits of our students, we empower them to experience the world of books. Our library is filled with wide collections of books, newspapers, magazines and famous journal articles to improve the knowledge and skill-set of young readers and at the same time to promote their personal development. Our trained librarians provide better guidance to the students.
Experimental learning is more effective than class room training which in turn simplifies the work of teachers to make students understand the subject clearly. We provide ample opportunities for our students to understand the concepts with experimental analysis and problem solving approaches through separate, spacious laboratories with modern facilities for all subjects such as physics, chemistry, biology etc.
Through our school computer center, we permit our students to explore and develop their knowledge by quick access to a lot of information. We provide vast opportunities for our students to participate in extra-curricular activities through plenty of sport facilities and separate play areas for each and every game. Our play areas include standard 400mts Athletic track, cricket field, football field, kho-kho field, basketball and volleyball courts, ball badminton courts, Table Tennis court, space for skating, karate and silambatam etc. We conduct intramural sports programs and inter-scholastic competitions to reduce stress and build self-confidence among students. To improve social involvement and physical fitness, we allow our students to participate in recreational sport activities. A recreation equipment room and a weight room is available for students and staff. In addition to these, we offer weekend class camps for classes VI – IX near a lake or a stream with proper assistance in order to provide break from the regular campus routine.
